Stacey is a registered Social Worker and specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults within the family context.

She provides individual, family therapy and parenting consultation to address a range of social, emotional, and behavioral concerns. Stacey offers bilingual counseling, which is an indispensable service that makes mental health access more inclusive for non-native English-speaking families.

Stacey adopts a combination of various treatment modalities such as psychodynamic therapy, Mindfulness, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). She consciously avoids any clinical jargon in her psychoeducation with clients, opting for client-centered and empowering approaches that resonate more personally with those she serves.
