What our customers saying about ?

Over the last two years I have worked closely with Santy and every time it is a valuable experience for both myself, the student and the parents involved. From the start of the process, from completing a referral to the final report, Santy is collaborative, supportive and always puts the student and their families at the center of her work. Whether it is an in-person or online assessment, Santy is detailed in understanding the students’ needs, opinions and challenges as well as gathering information from teachers and parents to ensure accuracy and understanding of the student as a whole. Santy’s reports have been essential in the success of some of our students, due to providing comprehensive recommendations for both school and home. I will always highly recommend NewmindsPsychology to schools, learning support departments and parents.

Rebecca Spargo Director of Secondary Learning Support at SLAS

I have worked with Santy throughout her time in and out of Shanghai, where she has completed a number of assessments for students at WISS. Santy always puts in a lot of effort in her reports, and it has allowed us to better understand and support our students.

Dr. Jose Manuel Gamito Gonzalez Director of Student Support Services

Over the last 6 years of collaboration with Santy, she has been nothing but extremely professional and trully supportive for my students and their families. Santy really takes her time getting to know each and every student and her reports and follow-up meetings have been utterly insightful, very clearly personalised and have allowed the students the opportunity to access the support that was best for them and their needs.

Ginna Daza Learning Support Teacher
Nanjing International School

My working acquaintance with Santy goes back to 2017, when we were both working with the international community in Shanghai. It was in my search for a qualified educational psychologist for whom I could refer my students for a comprehensive diagnostic assessment that I first met Santy. Her knowledge and professionalism impressed me from the beginning. Over these past years, we both have moved on, but Santy has remained as my constant and trustful source for assessments. Her reports are done with clear unpacking of the root cause of a student's academic and clarification on possible behavioural barriers to learning. More importantly, parents and children are treated with great care and respect.

Lika Li Head of Learning Support
Taipei European School

Santy's work sets her apart from other educational psychologists in China. She consistently provides detailed reports with valuable insights into students' learning and development, and builds strong relationships with families and the school. Her reports are easy to read and understand, and her tailored recommendations and practical strategies make her an invaluable asset to any educational community.
