Language

Stacey brings a warm, empathetic style to her practice, offering tailored communication that resonates with individuals of all ages, particularly children, adolescents, and their families. Currently working as a mental health clinician in Melbourne, Stacey provides crucial mental health assessments and therapy.
Her collaborative efforts span working closely with schools and parents, providing psychoeducation on diagnoses and brain development, and supporting students‘ mental well-being. Stacey offers bilingual counseling, an indispensable service that makes mental health access more inclusive for non-native English-speaking families.

Stacey adopts a combination of various treatment modalities such as psychodynamic therapy, Mindfulness, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). She consciously avoids any clinical jargon in her psychoeducation with clients, opting for client-centered and empowering approaches that resonate more personally with those she serves.

I am passionate about working with clients who are going through adolescence and helping them address the challenges they encounter during this phase.

I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Schema Therapy in my practice, with a strong emphasis on collaborating with both parents and schools to assist my clients in achieving their therapy goals.

All therapy sessions are conducted online, with the initial intake session offered in person.
